Is the quotation maker really free?
Yes — the tool is free to use and there's no signup to build a quote or download the PDF. An optional email form gets you a branded template and a short guide.
Does it calculate GST (CGST, SGST, IGST)?
Yes. In INR it splits tax into CGST and SGST for intra-state quotes, or shows IGST when you tick inter-state. You set the GST rate per line, with quick 0 / 5 / 12 / 18 / 28 buttons.
Is my data private?
Everything runs in your browser. Your business, client and pricing details are not sent to or stored on our servers — the PDF is generated on your device.
Is a quotation the same as a tax invoice?
No. A quotation is a priced offer. It becomes a tax invoice once the order is confirmed. This tool makes a GST-ready quotation; downstream e-invoicing (IRN, IRP filing) stays with your accounting or ERP system.
Can I use it outside India?
Yes. Switch the currency to $, £ or AED and the tool shows a single tax line instead of the GST split, so you can quote in any market. Set the tax rate per line to whatever applies.
