About Concord Commerce

We build the platform your dealers and customers actually order on.

Self-service ordering · credit at order time · automatic per-product, per-state tax · standalone or above your ERP

Most manufacturers and distributors still take orders over phone and WhatsApp, learn about credit problems too late, and work out tax by hand. We build the system that fixes that — at the moment the order is placed.

Why we exist

Trade buying should be as easy as ordering anything else online.

A manufacturer's dealers, or a distributor's trade customers, order the same things over and over — mostly on credit, often late at night, usually by message. Somewhere in that chain an order gets mis-keyed, a credit limit gets missed, or an old price slips onto an invoice. On trade margins, those small errors are the whole profit. We built Concord so the people who buy from you can serve themselves — correctly, within their limit, with tax already right — and your team stops being a manual order desk.

Off WhatsApp and phone

Orders captured clean on a channel you control, instead of re-typed from calls, texts and photos.

Problems caught up front

Credit checked and limits enforced at the moment of order, not discovered weeks later in an aging report.

Right the first time

Each account's own prices, minimums and tax applied automatically — fewer corrections, cleaner invoices.

How we build

What we care about getting right.

01

Say what the product does

We describe Concord in plain terms, and only claim what's live. If something is a scoped build, we say so.

02

Control, never lending

Concord enforces the credit limits and terms you set. It doesn't lend money, finance receivables or buy invoices.

03

Fit your stack, don't replace it

Run Concord on its own, or above the ERP you already have via API-based integration. Which system sits underneath stays your decision.

04

Built for how trade actually sells

Per-dealer prices, credit terms, minimums and pack sizes — the real mechanics of a dealer network, not a retail store with wholesale bolted on.

05

Human-worked, not self-serve hype

No sign-up-and-figure-it-out funnel. Every engagement starts with a demo on your own catalogue and accounts.

06

One platform, both channels

Sell to dealers and direct to consumers from one catalogue and one inventory, priced independently — not two systems that drift apart.

Our roots

Built by a team that has delivered commerce for over a decade.

Concord is built by Jarvis Business Solutions, an established team that has delivered commerce and CRM implementations for enterprises for more than a decade. Concord is where that experience becomes a product of our own — a platform built specifically for manufacturers and distributors that sell through a dealer network. We're based in India and work with businesses digitising their dealer and trade channels.

Who we work with

Manufacturers and distributors that sell through a network.

If your business sells to dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors or trade accounts — and increasingly to consumers too — Concord is built for how you sell. We work most closely today with branded building-materials manufacturers, and the platform serves any dealer-network business the same way.

About Concord, answered

The questions people ask about the company.

What is Concord Commerce?

Concord Commerce is a commerce platform for manufacturers and distributors that sell through a dealer network, and direct to consumers. It gives dealers and trade customers a self-service channel to order and reorder at their own prices, enforces the credit limit set for each account at the moment of order, and applies per-product, per-state tax automatically on the invoice. It runs standalone or above an existing ERP via API-based integration. It is not a DMS or a sales-force-automation tool.

Who builds Concord, and where are you based?

Concord is built by Jarvis Business Solutions, a team that has delivered commerce and CRM implementations for enterprises for over a decade. Concord is our own product, built specifically for dealer-network commerce. We are based in India.

Does Concord replace our ERP, and does it lend money?

No to both. Concord runs standalone or sits above your existing ERP through API-based integration — your ERP stays the system of record. And Concord enforces the credit limits and payment terms you set; it does not lend, finance receivables or buy invoices. Credit control, never lending.
