Reports & analytics
See your whole dealer operation — in one place, as it happens.
Orders, outstanding and aging, catalogue and quote activity, stock across every warehouse — as live dashboards and scheduled reports you can filter, customise and export. Not another spreadsheet export at month-end, and not a separate BI project. It reports on the data your ordering, credit and catalogue already run on.
Concord is self-service dealer ordering + credit-limit enforcement + automatic per-product, per-state tax, run standalone or above your ERP via API-based integration. Not a DMS. Not a SFA.
The problem
A dealer’s overdue balance, a dead SKU, a slipping account — spotted weeks too late.
Order totals sit in one export, receivables in a spreadsheet, stock in a WhatsApp message, quotes in someone’s inbox, and no one view shows all of it. So the things that cost you money stay hidden until month-end: a dealer who quietly ran past their credit limit, a product that stopped selling, an account whose orders are shrinking. By the time the numbers are stitched together by hand, each of those is already weeks old — and the chance to act on it has passed.
Reconciliation, not visibility
Half a day exporting and pasting before anyone can answer “where do we actually stand.”
Lag you can’t afford
Outstanding, aging and slow-moving stock surface after the damage, not before it.
No single source
Sales, finance and ops each quote a different number from a different sheet.
Real-time operational reports
One live picture of the operation — for whoever’s asking.
Because ordering, credit and catalogue run inside Concord, the dashboards are live from the same data — no nightly export, no data pipeline to build. Commercial sees exposure, ops sees flow, sales sees which dealers are active. Same numbers, updated as orders and payments land.
The report catalogue
Reports across everything the operation touches.
Every part of the dealer-commerce flow generates its own reports — all inside one system, no export required to read them.

Reporting is at the account, dealer, warehouse and product level. Company-hierarchy, territory and department rollups aren’t part of this — we only show what the platform actually holds.
Report customisation
Build the exact report you need — without waiting on IT.
Start from any report or a blank one, choose the columns that matter, group and sort it your way, and save it so the next person opens it in one click instead of rebuilding it.
- Choose your columns — order value, dealer, product, warehouse, status, dates, tax, whatever the question needs.
- Group, sort and filter — group by dealer, product or warehouse; sort by any column; apply dynamic filters.
- Save the view — keep a custom report, set it as your default, and share it with a colleague.
- Build it yourself — done in the admin by the person who needs it, not raised as an IT request.
- Then schedule or pin it — turn a saved view into a scheduled email or a KPI dashboard tile.

Financial visibility
Outstanding, aging and utilisation — in one dashboard, not one spreadsheet.
The single view a commercial lead or CFO actually opens: what each dealer owes, how old it is, and how much of their limit is used — refreshed as orders and payments land, not rebuilt by hand at month-end.
| Dealer | Outstanding | 0–30d | 31–60d | 60d+ | Limit used |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Crownline Distributors | ₹11,90,000 | ₹4,20,000 | ₹3,70,000 | ₹4,00,000 | 98% |
| Delta Traders | ₹1,08,000 | ₹1,08,000 | ₹0 | ₹0 | 19% |
| Metro Projects | ₹6,74,000 | ₹2,90,000 | ₹2,44,000 | ₹1,40,000 | 63% |

This is the visibility side. The enforcement that actually holds an over-limit order at checkout lives in credit control. Both are control the manufacturer configures — never lending, never a credit product.
How it works
No data project — the reports are already your data.
It runs on data you already generate
Ordering, credit, catalogue, quotes and inventory already live in Concord — so reports are live from day one. Nothing to pipe in, no warehouse to stand up.
Filter to the question
Slice by dealer, product, warehouse, status or date. Save the view so the next person doesn’t rebuild it.
Export or schedule
Send it to CSV/Excel for whoever needs the rows, or schedule it to arrive on a cadence — no one chasing a manual report again.
Standalone or above your ERP
You don’t need a separate BI tool to see your dealer operation.
Run standalone
If Concord is where ordering and credit happen, it’s also where the reporting happens — one system, no bolt-on analytics stack to license and maintain.
Feed your existing stack
Already have an ERP or a BI tool? Export to Excel, or pull the operational data out via API-based integration into whatever you already run. Concord sits above your ERP — it doesn’t replace it, and it doesn’t force a second reporting tool on you.
This is operational reporting on your dealer-commerce data — not a general analytics platform, and not a DMS or SFA.
Vs a side BI project
Reporting inside the system that runs the operation.
Exports & a side BI project
- Export from your ERP, export from the sheet, stitch by hand
- Numbers are hours — or a month — old
- Every team quotes a different figure
- A separate analytics tool to license, model and maintain
- Receivables and orders never sit in the same view
Concord reporting
- One live source — the system that captured the order
- Updated as orders and payments land
- Sales, finance and ops read the same numbers
- No extra BI stack — reporting is built in
- Outstanding, aging and orders in one dashboard
The shift you’re getting visibility into
Dealer self-service is where B2B ordering is going.
Reporting gives you the view; the operation it reports on is the move off manual, WhatsApp-and-phone ordering. The economics and the buyer preference both point the same way.
What it costs to process a single B2B order manually, versus digitally — the manual overhead reporting helps you see and cut.
Digital Commerce 36067% of B2B buyers already purchase online, and 83% expect that share to grow — a preference that’s risen sharply.
McKinsey B2B PulseAnswers, straight
Reporting & analytics, answered.
Is Concord reporting a BI or analytics platform?
No. It’s operational reporting on your dealer-commerce data — the orders, credit, catalogue, quotes and stock that already run in Concord. It isn’t a general analytics tool, and it isn’t a DMS or SFA.
Do I need to build a data pipeline or warehouse first?
No. Because the operation runs inside Concord, the reports run on that same live data from day one. There’s nothing to pipe in and nothing to model before you can read a report.
Can I customise reports and build my own?
Yes. Start from any report or a blank one, choose the columns, group and sort, apply filters, then save the view — set it as your default, share it, or turn it into a scheduled report or a dashboard tile. Done in the admin by the person who needs it, not raised as an IT request.
Can I export and schedule reports?
Yes. Any report exports to CSV or Excel, and you can schedule a report to run on a cadence and arrive in an inbox — daily orders, weekly outstanding, whatever the recipient needs.
Does reporting work with or without an ERP?
Both. Concord runs standalone, and it also sits above your ERP via API-based integration. Either way the dealer-commerce operation reports from inside Concord; if you have an ERP or BI tool, you can export the data out to it.
Can I see receivables and aging in reporting?
Yes — outstanding, aging buckets and credit utilisation per dealer, in one dashboard. That’s the visibility. The part that actually holds an over-limit order at checkout is credit control. It’s all control the manufacturer configures — never lending.
How current are the numbers?
Real time for operational reports — they update as orders are placed and payments are recorded, not overnight and not at month-end.
