In Concord, this isn't a document

You built that list by hand. Concord builds it once, then applies it automatically.

Here you typed the tiers and discounts yourself. Inside Concord, pricing is a rule you set once — tier, volume, contract and account pricing, with MOQ and pack-size enforced at order time and each dealer seeing only their own catalogue and rates. No spreadsheet per dealer, and no PDF to re-issue when a rate changes.

self-service dealer ordering + credit-limit enforcement + tax-ready invoice generation (GST-ready in India, VAT/ZATCA-ready in the Gulf) — run standalone, or above your ERP via API-based integration. Not a DMS. Not a SFA.

Dealer price lists — common questions

How do you give each dealer their own price list?

You group dealers into customer groups — distributor, sub-dealer, project. The same group sets the rate that group pays and controls which ranges they can see, so each dealer gets their own net rate on their own catalogue, resolved automatically at order time — no separate spreadsheet per account.

What's the difference between tier, volume and contract pricing?

Tier pricing sets a rate for a group of dealers; volume pricing changes the rate by order quantity (a break at 100 units, another at 500); contract pricing is a negotiated rate for a single account — offers and counter-offers tracked, routed for sign-off — that overrides the tier, often time-bound.

Do I need to sign up to use it?

No. The tool runs in your browser and shows your price list on screen for free, with nothing to install. You only give your details if you want to download the finished list as a PDF.

Is the GST-inclusive figure a tax invoice?

No — it's an indicative reference only. Actual GST-ready invoicing, with IRN and IRP hand-off, happens through your ERP or GSP. Concord generates the GST-ready invoice above your ERP; it doesn't replace your e-invoicing filing.

What happens to what I type?

What you enter stays in your browser while you use the tool. When you download the PDF, your contact details and a short summary of your list (how many products and tiers) are sent to us so we can follow up if you'd like.
