Home / Platform / B2C / Cart & checkout
Sell direct to consumers on the same platform that runs your dealer network — one product catalogue, one inventory, one order engine across B2C and B2B, above your ERP via API-based integration, or standalone.
Cart & consumer checkout
From add-to-cart to a confirmed order — built for how India buys.
A cart and checkout that fit the Indian consumer: guest or OTP sign-in, UPI, net banking and cash on delivery, with tax and shipping resolved before they pay. Running on the same order engine as your dealer channel — so a consumer order and a dealer order are the same kind of order underneath.
Illustrative checkout · fictional amounts.
The problem
A checkout that doesn’t fit your shoppers loses the sale.
Forcing an account before purchase, hiding tax and shipping until the last step, or missing UPI and cash on delivery — each one costs conversions. And a checkout wired to a separate webstore means those consumer orders live apart from the rest of your business.
Forced sign-up
Making a first-time shopper create an account before buying drives them away.
Wrong payment mix
No UPI or cash on delivery means the payment methods Indian shoppers actually use are missing.
Orders in a silo
Checkout on a bolt-on store leaves consumer orders disconnected from your order engine.

One core, both channels
A consumer order and a dealer order are the same order underneath.
Both channels place real orders into the same order-management engine and draw from the same stock — so fulfilment, cancellations and reporting run once, not twice. See orders & returns.
One platform behind both channels — standalone, or above your ERP.
Already selling to dealers? Turn on B2C.
You don’t rebuild anything. The consumer storefront switches on over the platform you already run for dealers — and your existing data comes with it:
- Your existing products gain a retail (B2C) price alongside their dealer price — same catalogue
- Consumer orders draw from the same inventory as dealer orders — one stock pool
- Both channels flow into the same order engine and admin — fulfilment and reporting run once
Starting with B2C? Add dealers later.
The reverse holds. Launch the storefront first, then switch on the B2B dealer channel on the same core when you’re ready — no migration, no second platform.
- Add dealer accounts, per-account pricing and credit limits
- Dealers order self-service on the catalogue you already run
- One admin for both — see the B2B platform
Consumer orders and dealer orders, one order engine.

Versus a bolt-on checkout
One platform, not a checkout stranded off to the side.
A standalone checkout
- Consumer orders live apart from the business
- Payment mix that doesn’t match Indian shoppers
- Tax and shipping bolted on separately
- A second order system to reconcile
Concord checkout
- UPI, net banking and COD out of the box
- Tax and shipping resolved at checkout
- Guest or OTP — no forced sign-up
- Orders land in the same engine as dealer orders
Who it’s for
Manufacturers selling direct without a second checkout stack.

Straight answers
Cart & checkout, answered.
What payment methods does checkout support?
Consumers can pay by UPI, net banking or cash on delivery (COD) at a secure checkout. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout, with delivery-slot support where you offer it.
Can shoppers check out as guests?
Yes. Guest checkout and registered checkout are both supported, with OTP-based sign-in — so a first-time shopper can buy without creating a full account first.
How are coupons and promotions handled?
Cart- and product-level discounts, tiered offers, buy-X-get-Y and shipping promotions all apply in the cart, on the same promotion engine the rest of the platform uses.
Are tax and shipping shown before payment?
Yes. Tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout, and addresses are validated, so the shopper sees the full amount before they pay.
Do I need an ERP for checkout to work?
No. The full cart-to-order path runs standalone. If you already run an ERP, Concord sits above it via API-based integration; which system you keep is your call.
