Plans, billing and getting started

No. We believe in fair and predictable pricing and do not add charges beyond what has been agreed.

Yes. Tax is charged on the subscription at the prevailing rate based on where you are invoiced from. We can bill you in Australia, India, the US or the UK, and you can pay in a variety of currencies.

Book a demo. We'll walk through Concord with your own catalogue, prices and credit terms, recommend the plan that fits, and set up your account with you.

Essential, Plus and Pro plans can be paid by credit card once you've chosen your plan. Enterprise plans are agreed with you directly.

The minimum term for an Essential, Plus or Pro plan is 1 month. For an Enterprise plan the minimum term is 1 year.

We require 15 days' notice to end an active Essential, Plus or Pro subscription. If you cancel with less than 15 days left in your current plan period, the following month is also payable. To cancel an Enterprise plan after the minimum term, we require 30 days' notice.

Yes. Credit limits, credit notes, quote management, B2B accounts and role management are included on every B2B plan, from Essential to Enterprise.

Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location, converted from US dollars at current exchange rates, so converted amounts are estimates. India pricing is set in rupees. Your final price and billing currency are confirmed in your agreement.
