Business Center
One admin for B2B and B2C commerce.
The Business Center is the single console where you run everything — catalogue, pricing, orders, inventory, roles and reports — across both your B2C storefront and your B2B dealer commerce. One login, one source of truth, one set of controls, instead of separate systems for consumer and dealer sales.
Self-service dealer ordering + credit-limit enforcement + automatic per-product, per-state tax — run standalone, or above your ERP via API-based integration. Not a DMS. Not a SFA.
One place to run it all
What you run from the Business Center.
Every part of the platform is configured and managed here, then applied to whichever mode needs it — no duplicate setup per channel.
Built for control
Configure it, control it, see it.
Central configuration
Catalogue, pricing, tax, shipping and promotions are set up once and applied to whichever mode needs them — no duplicate configuration per channel, and no risk of a consumer price and a dealer price drifting apart by accident.
Roles & access
Role-based access control with granular, module-level permissions — view, add or edit — across the whole platform, so each team sees exactly what it should and nothing it shouldn’t.
Workflows & approvals
Configurable approval workflows for orders, credit limits, quotes and budgets route to the right people and run to your rules — informational, validating or blocking — with multi-level approvals where you need them. Control you set, never lending.
Dashboards & audit
Operational dashboards and KPI views with real-time reporting, exportable to CSV/Excel, plus a full audit trail of every change and every approval.
Unified
One console, both modes.
The same Business Center runs two very different ways of selling — without two systems to reconcile.
Catalogue & merchandising, promotions, consumer orders & returns, shopper accounts.
Dealer accounts, per-account pricing, credit limits & approvals, dealer orders.
For technical teams
How it’s built.
The Business Center sits on a unified commerce platform with a modern, API-first architecture — designed to fit the stack you already run, not replace it.
Unified commerce
One platform and one data model — catalogue, customers, orders and inventory — with both B2C and B2B on the shared core. One source of truth, not a consumer store bolted onto a separate dealer system.
Every capability over an API
Every capability is available over an API — use Concord’s own front end, or drive your own website, app or marketplace from the same commerce APIs.
Modular by design
Capabilities are separate modules, so you switch on what you need, each scales on its own, and the platform evolves without a single block of software to work around.
Above your stack
Run Concord standalone, or as one piece above your ERP, WMS, tax and payment systems via API-based integration — you choose what to plug in and what to keep.
Concord is not a DMS and not a SFA. It applies tax automatically per product and per state and shows it on the invoice; e-invoicing and filing stay with the system you already use. See how Concord is built → · See ERP integration →
Straight answers
Common questions.
How do you manage B2B and B2C in one place?
Both modes run on one shared core, so the Business Center manages catalogue, pricing, orders, inventory, roles and reports for your consumer storefront and your dealer commerce from a single console — one login and one source of truth, not two systems to reconcile.
Who can see and do what?
Role-based access control with granular, module-level permissions decides who can view, add or edit in each part of the platform, and every action is recorded in the audit trail.
How do approvals work?
You configure approval workflows — for orders, credit limits, quotes and budgets — that route to the right people and run to your rules, whether informational, validating or blocking, with multi-level approvals where you need them. Every approval is logged.
How is tax handled across both modes?
Each product carries a tax category and rates are set per state, so tax is applied automatically per product and per state and shown on the invoice as one combined amount. A full statutory GST breakup — CGST/SGST and interstate IGST — plus Tally sync, is configured to your setup as a scoped build.
Does the Business Center replace my ERP?
No. Concord runs standalone, or above your existing ERP via API-based integration. It’s not a DMS and not a SFA — it doesn’t replace your system of record.
