In-store channel

In-store and online on one platform — same catalogue, same stock.

Sell direct to consumers on the same platform that runs your dealer network — one product catalogue, one inventory, one order engine across B2C and B2B, above your ERP via API-based integration, or standalone.

A counter sale and an online order shouldn’t live in two systems. Concord runs point of sale on the same platform as your storefront, so in-store and online share one catalogue, one real-time inventory and one order record. Shoppers buy anywhere; your stock and orders stay in one place.

The problem

A separate till means two stock counts and two order histories.

When the store runs on one system and the website on another, inventory drifts, you oversell, and a customer’s in-store and online purchases never join up. Running point of sale on the same platform as your storefront keeps stock and orders in one place.

One stock, not two

Store and storefront draw from the same real-time inventory — no overselling, no reconciling.

One order record

A counter sale lands in the same order engine as online, on the same customer record.

Tax applied the same way

Tax is applied automatically per product and per state on the sale, as everywhere else.

A channel of your platform

The counter is a channel, not a silo.

Straight answers

Point of sale, answered.

What is point of sale on Concord?

It’s in-store selling on the same platform as your online storefront — so a counter sale and an online order share one catalogue, one inventory and one customer record. Shoppers can buy anywhere, and your stock and orders stay in one place instead of splitting between store and web.

Does POS share stock with my online storefront?

Yes. That’s the point of running it on one platform — the store and the storefront draw from the same real-time inventory, so you don’t oversell or reconcile two separate stock counts.

Is the in-store order the same as an online order?

Yes. A point-of-sale order lands in the same order engine as every online order, on the same customer record — so history, invoices and reporting cover both in one place.

Does point of sale need an ERP?

No. It runs on the platform standalone, or above your existing ERP via API-based integration — which system sits underneath stays your decision.

Is Concord a DMS or SFA?

No. Concord is the commerce platform your customers transact on — online and in-store — not a field-rep or secondary-sales tool.
