Sales Volume Management

What happens if I exceed my monthly GMV limits?

We operate a fair use policy over a rolling 3 month term. In order to manage monthly fluctuations. If you exceed your average monthly limit over a rolling 3 months then we automatically increase your plan tier. For example – if you are on the Essential Plan ($25k/month) and in 3 consecutive months you transact $20k, $30k and $25k – you don’t exceed the fair use limit. However if in a consecutive 3 months you transact $20k, $30k and $40k you have exceed your fair use and will be increased to the next tier.

How do you determine what counts towards GMV?

This is a sum of the sales volume you have processed in a given period. It’s the total of sales on the platform as reported in the management centre and is available for you to check as and when you need to.

What transactions count towards my twelve months of sales/orders?

Eligible sales include product price (net of any discounts), as well as taxes and shipping. GMV is a measure of total sales processed through the platform before costs.

What happens if I transact in something other than USD?

Sales occurring in currencies other than the U.S. dollar will be converted into USD using the exchange rates effective at the time of the order.
