The Concord platform

One platform. Two ways to sell.

Concord runs a consumer storefront (B2C) and dealer & distributor commerce (B2B) on one shared core — one catalogue, one order and inventory backbone, one admin. Turn on the mode you sell in, or run both.

Unified commerce

How Concord fits together

Unified commerce means one catalogue, one inventory and one customer and order record — not a consumer store bolted onto a separate dealer system. You manage it all from one place, and it runs above the systems you already have, or on its own.

One place to run it all

The Business Center

The Business Center is the single console where you run everything — across both B2C and B2B. One login, one source of truth, one set of controls, instead of separate systems for consumer and dealer sales.

Central configuration

Catalogue, pricing, tax, shipping and promotions are set up in one place and applied to whichever mode needs them — no duplicate configuration per channel.

Roles & access

Role-based access control decides who can see and do what, with granular, module-level permissions across the whole platform.

Workflows & approvals

Configurable order, credit, quote and budget approvals route to the right people and run to your rules — informational, validating or blocking.

Dashboards & audit

Operational dashboards, KPI views and full audit trails, with reports exportable to CSV/Excel and available in real time.

For technical teams: Concord is API-first and connects to your ERP, WMS and other systems via API-based integration. Request the architecture & API detail during evaluation.

Common to both modes

The shared core

Both modes run on the same foundation, so product data, orders, stock, payments and reporting stay in one place instead of two disconnected systems.

Unified catalogue & products

One product catalogue with categories, variants, bundles and configurable products, attributes, media galleries and video, specifications, tagging, catalogue hierarchy and versioning, availability & status, and catalogue synchronisation.

Orders & fulfilment

Order placement and lifecycle, status tracking, cancellations and partial cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges, invoice generation, shipment tracking, split shipment, multi-warehouse fulfilment, backorder, order history and reorder.

Inventory & warehouse

Warehouse management, real-time stock updates, thresholds and low-stock alerts, safety stock, inventory reservation, multi-location inventory, stock-visibility controls, and fulfilment routing and status.

Payments, tax & checkout config

Payment-gateway integrations, tax calculation and tax-engine integration, shipping-charge calculation, secure checkout and address validation, plus configurable tax, shipping and promotion rules.

Reporting & analytics

Sales, order, product, inventory, customer, revenue and tax reports, dashboards and KPI views, a custom report builder with dynamic filters, export to CSV/Excel, scheduled and real-time reporting.

Admin, roles & audit

Admin console, role-based access control, user management, configuration management, audit logs, notification centre, workflow configuration, email and notification templates, and integration monitoring.

Notifications

Email, SMS, in-app and push notifications, WhatsApp integration, reusable notification templates and per-user communication preferences.

Promotions & pricing engine

A shared promotion engine and pricing engine — coupons, cart- and product-level discounts, tiered and Buy X Get Y offers, and shipping promotions available to the mode that needs them.

API-based integrations

A shared integration layer — ERP, tax engine, shipping, payments, analytics and SSO connect via API-based integration — so Concord runs standalone, or above the systems you already use.

Extra in B2B mode

What B2B adds

On top of the shared core, B2B mode turns a catalogue into dealer & distributor commerce — ordering, per-account pricing, credit and approvals.

Self-service dealer ordering + credit-limit enforcement + tax-ready invoice generation (GST-ready in India, VAT/ZATCA-ready in the Gulf) — run standalone, or above your ERP via API-based integration. Not a DMS. Not a SFA.

Dealer ordering

Bulk and quick order entry, SKU-based ordering, CSV upload, reorder templates, purchase orders and PO tracking, split orders and partial shipment, scheduled and repeat orders, order hold and dispute handling.

Catalogue & dealer pricing

Buyer-specific catalogues, contract, tier, volume and customer-specific pricing, price lists and override rules, MOQ and pack-size enforcement, per-account product-visibility rules, substitutions and alternates.

Explore catalogue & pricing →

Quotes & RFQ

Request-for-quote, quote creation and approval, seller responses and counter-offers, negotiated pricing with a full trail, quote versioning, comments and attachments, and one-click quote-to-order conversion.

Explore quotes & RFQ →

Credit control

Credit-limit enforcement at order time (control the manufacturer sets — never lending), time-bound and revolving limits, utilisation and outstanding visibility, aging reports, and automated payment reminders.

Explore credit control →

Tax-ready invoicing

Generate tax-ready invoices (GST-ready in India, VAT/ZATCA-ready in the Gulf) with per-product tax, invoice dashboards, credit and debit notes, partial-payment tracking and payment terms — the invoice your downstream e-invoicing system then files.

Explore tax-ready invoicing →

Accounts, roles & approvals

Corporate, dealer and manufacturer accounts, buyer–seller relationship and dealer-assignment mapping, role-based permissions and multi-user accounts, and configurable, multi-level approval workflows for orders, credit and budgets.

On the platform

B2B inventory visibility

Per-buyer inventory-visibility rules across every warehouse, warehouse assignment, split-inventory fulfilment, inventory-transfer workflows and low-stock alerts, so buyers order only what's actually available to them.

See inventory on the B2B platform →

ERP & system integration

Connect ERP, WMS, CRM, finance and tax systems (Tally and other ERPs alike) via API-based integration and EDI — Concord runs standalone, or above whatever you already run.

Extra in B2C mode

What B2C adds

For selling direct to consumers, B2C mode adds the storefront and shopper experience on top of the same shared core.

Storefront & discovery

A responsive, mobile-first storefront with dynamic homepage and CMS-driven content blocks, category browsing, product listing and detail pages, search with auto-suggestions, faceted filtering and sorting, product comparison, wishlist, recently viewed, recommendations and PWA readiness.

Cart & consumer checkout

Add-to-cart and mini cart, save for later and saved carts, coupons and promotions, delivery-slot support, guest and registered checkout, OTP login, and payment via UPI, net banking and cash on delivery.

Shopper accounts

Registration and login, password reset, profile and address-book management, order history and reorder, notification and communication preferences, marketing-consent and privacy controls, and downloadable invoices.

Engagement & marketing

Email, SMS and push notifications, WhatsApp integration, marketing and promotion campaigns, coupon management, customer segmentation, newsletter subscriptions, behavioural marketing, product reviews and ratings, and feedback collection.

Consumer orders & returns

Order placement and status, cancellations and partial cancellations, return requests, refunds and exchanges, RMA workflows, shipment tracking, split shipment, multi-warehouse fulfilment, backorder and pre-order support.

Insight

Reports & analytics

Every part of the platform reports into one place — across both B2C and B2B — with dashboards, KPI views and real-time analytics, exportable to CSV/Excel and scheduled to arrive on their own.

Ready-made reports

Orders and quotes, inventory and warehouse, revenue and tax, credit, outstanding and aging, invoices, product and catalogue, and buyer and seller performance — out of the box.

Dashboards & KPIs

Operational dashboards and KPI views with real-time reporting, so the numbers you watch are always current — no exporting to a spreadsheet to see where you stand.

Build your own

Custom report builder

When the standard reports aren't enough, build exactly the report you need with dynamic filters, then export it to CSV/Excel or schedule it to run on its own.

Choosing a mode

Who needs which

The platform is the same either way — you pick the mode that matches how you sell.

Selling direct to consumers

If you sell to end shoppers online, run B2C mode — storefront, cart, consumer payments and shopper accounts, all on the shared core.

Selling to dealers or distributors

If you're a manufacturer or distributor selling to a dealer network or business buyers, run B2B mode — self-service ordering, per-account pricing, credit enforcement and approvals.

Doing both

If you sell to consumers and through a dealer channel, run both modes on one platform — one catalogue, one inventory and one back office instead of two systems.

Setup

Configured to how you sell

Concord is set up to match how your business actually works. Catalogue structure, pricing rules, roles and approvals, integrations and onboarding are configured to your requirements during setup — you adapt the platform to your process, not the other way round.

Why it matters

The shift to self-service is already here

Manual order handling runs roughly ₹500–1,000 per order; self-service brings it toward about ₹20.

Digital Commerce 360

Business buyers' preference for ordering themselves has climbed from 67% to 83%.
