Tally integration for dealer ordering — scoped to your setup.

Running Tally? Concord can sit above it, so dealer orders, prices and balances don’t get typed in twice. There’s no plug-in connector: Tally integration is a scoped build over API-based integration, mapped to how your Tally is set up and quoted as part of your deployment.

The honest version

Three things to know before you evaluate.

No pre-built connector

Concord doesn’t ship a “Tally plug-in”. Tally connects through the same API-based approach as any other ERP.

A scoped build

What moves, which way and how often is mapped to your setup — and quoted as part of your deployment.

Standalone works on day one

Dealer ordering, credit enforcement and per-state tax run with no Tally connection. Add the sync when it’s worth it.

How Tally integration works

Why Tally needs an integration layer.

TallyPrime usually runs on a local computer or server in your office, not in the cloud. So any online platform — Concord included — connects to it through an integration layer that exchanges data with Tally, rather than a simple switch you flip on.

From scoping to go-live

How a Tally integration gets scoped.

1

Map what moves

Which records flow between Concord and Tally — and which don’t need to.

2

Agree direction & timing

What goes which way, and how often, based on how your team works.

3

Quote & build

A scoped build, quoted with your deployment and tested on your own data.

4

Go live

Dealers order in Concord; Tally stays your books. No re-keying in between.

GST breakup is scoped too. Out of the box, Concord applies tax per product and per state as one combined amount. A full CGST/SGST and IGST breakup — often scoped alongside Tally sync — is configured to your setup. GST in India →

Straight answers

Tally integration — common questions.

What is Tally integration?

Tally integration connects TallyPrime to another system so data moves between them instead of being typed in twice. Because Tally usually runs on a local machine or server, a cloud platform connects to it through an integration layer that exchanges data with Tally — for example masters, vouchers and balances.

Is there a pre-built Concord–Tally connector?

No. Tally connects through the same API-based approach as any other ERP. Tally sync is a scoped build, configured to your setup — it isn’t a shipped, plug-in connector.

What data can sync between Concord and Tally?

That’s decided in scoping. Manufacturers usually ask to map dealer and party details, stock items and prices, dealer orders, invoice and tax data, and outstanding balances. What moves, in which direction and how often is agreed with you before anything is built.

How much does Tally integration cost, and how long does it take?

It’s quoted as part of your deployment after scoping, because it depends on what you map and how your Tally is set up. Tell us your setup in the demo and we’ll size it.

Can I use Concord without integrating Tally?

Yes. Concord runs standalone — dealer ordering, credit-limit enforcement and automatic per-product, per-state tax work with no ERP connected. You can move data by Excel or CSV and add Tally sync later, if and when it’s worth it.

Does Concord file GST or generate e-invoices through Tally?

No. Concord applies tax automatically per product and per state on each order; a full CGST/SGST and IGST breakup is configured to your setup as a scoped build. Filing, GST returns, IRN and IRP reporting stay with Tally, your GSP or your accountant — wherever you do them today.

Scope your Tally integration on your own setup.

Tell us which Tally you run and what you’d want to stop re-typing. We’ll show Concord working standalone, then map exactly what a Tally sync would cover — and what it would cost.
