Platform · Marketplace

Run a multi-seller marketplace on the same platform as your B2C and B2B.

One commerce platform for B2C, B2B and a multi-seller marketplace — run standalone, or above your ERP via API-based integration. Not a DMS. Not a SFA.

Invite vendors, give each seller their own catalogue and controls, and build an interactive marketplace that can hold thousands of products — on the same core that runs your consumer storefront and dealer commerce. One catalogue, one order engine and one inventory behind every mode, not a separate marketplace stack to reconcile.

Seller mode

A marketplace you own, with sellers you invite.

Marketplace is a mode of the Concord platform. Turn it on to move from selling your own catalogue to hosting many — vendors onboard with their own products and controls, while you keep oversight of the whole marketplace from one admin.

Invite vendors

Onboard sellers, each with their own catalogue and controls, under your marketplace.

Thousands of products

Build an interactive marketplace that can house thousands of products across sellers.

One admin, full oversight

Run catalogue, orders, inventory and roles for the whole marketplace from one console.

One platform, three modes

Marketplace, alongside B2C and B2B — one core underneath.

You don’t run a separate system per model. The consumer storefront, the dealer channel and the marketplace share one catalogue, order engine and inventory — turn on the modes you sell in.

Marketplace

Multi-seller, seller mode

Invite vendors, host many catalogues.

One Concord platform

One catalogue · one order engine · one inventory

The same backbone behind all three modes — standalone, or above your ERP via API-based integration.

What the marketplace runs on

The commerce backbone, extended to many sellers.

Seller & catalogue

  • Vendor onboarding with per-seller catalogues
  • Per-seller product and pricing controls
  • A shared, searchable marketplace catalogue
  • Thousands of products across sellers

Orders, tax & oversight

  • One order engine and inventory across modes
  • Tax applied automatically per product and per state
  • Roles and oversight from one admin (Business Center)
  • Reporting across the whole marketplace

How it works

From one catalogue to a multi-seller marketplace.

1

Turn on the mode

Marketplace runs on the platform you already have.

2

Invite vendors

Onboard sellers with their own catalogue and controls.

3

They list, you oversee

Sellers manage products; you run the marketplace from one admin.

4

Standalone or above ERP

Runs on its own, or above your ERP via API-based integration.

Clear scope

Where the marketplace fits.

It is

  • A multi-seller marketplace mode of one commerce platform
  • Shared with your B2C and B2B modes — one core
  • Standalone, or above your ERP via API-based integration

It isn’t

  • A separate marketplace stack bolted onto your business
  • A DMS or a SFA tool
  • Your e-invoicing engine — IRN/IRP stay with your ERP or GSP

Straight answers

Marketplace, answered.

What can I build with Concord’s marketplace mode?

A multi-seller marketplace on the same platform that runs your B2C storefront and B2B dealer commerce. You invite vendors, give each seller their own catalogue and controls, and run an interactive marketplace that can hold thousands of products — with one catalogue, order and inventory backbone underneath.

Is the marketplace separate from my B2C and B2B channels?

No. Marketplace is a mode of the same Concord platform. It shares the catalogue, order engine, inventory and admin with your consumer storefront and dealer channel — so you don’t run a separate marketplace stack alongside the rest of your business.

Can each seller manage their own products?

Yes. Sellers are onboarded with their own catalogue and controls, so vendors list and manage their products while you keep oversight of the marketplace from one admin.

Does the marketplace need an ERP?

No. It runs standalone, or above your existing ERP via API-based integration — your ERP stays the system of record and nothing gets ripped out. Which system sits underneath is your decision.

Is Concord a DMS or SFA?

No. A DMS or SFA manages field reps and secondary-sales reporting. Concord is the commerce platform buyers and sellers actually transact on — across B2C, B2B and marketplace modes.
