Tiles
A deep SKU matrix — size, design, shade and lot — with fast-mover weekly reorders. Dealers self-serve on the exact size and shade, so wrong lots stop landing.
“Dealers can’t find the right size or shade fast — and wrong lots get ordered.”

Hundreds of shade and tinting SKUs, seasonal demand, and many small dealer reorders on credit. Order and credit stay straight at the same time.

Project and trade-counter buying, bulky, with price lists by grade and size. Large project orders on credit are enforced at order time, not chased later.
“Project orders are large and on credit — we need limits enforced, not chased.”

A vast SKU range — wires, switches, fittings — with frequent small reorders. Dealers self-serve across the whole catalogue instead of your team keying every order.
“Too many SKUs and dealers to take every order by hand.”

Concord is built for these industries too — each with its own page on how the one platform is configured to the way that industry sells.

What carries across every industry.
The details differ by industry — some lead on dealer credit, some on direct-to-consumer, some on both. What stays the same is one platform underneath, configured to how you sell: your catalogue, your buyers, your orders, in one place — standalone or above your ERP. Straight answers
Industries, answered.
Which industries does Concord serve?
Concord is built for manufacturers and distributors that sell through a dealer or distributor network — with dealer-commerce pages tuned to tiles, paints, adhesives, pipes, electricals and TMT steel. The platform isn’t limited to these; they’re the verticals whose order patterns and pains we speak to directly.
Is the product different per industry?
No. It’s one platform — self-service dealer ordering, credit-limit enforcement and automatic per-product, per-state tax. What changes per industry is how it’s set up to match your ordering, not the capabilities.
Is Concord a DMS or an SFA tool?
No. A DMS or SFA manages field reps and secondary-sales reporting. Concord is the platform your dealers actually place orders on — self-service, credit-checked at order time, invoice-ready. It runs standalone, or above your ERP via API-based integration.
Do I need to be in one of these six industries?
No. If you sell to a dealer or distributor network, the same ordering, credit and tax capabilities apply. The six pages simply mirror the order patterns and language of the most common building-materials verticals.
How does Concord handle tax on dealer orders?
Out of the box, tax is applied automatically per product and per state and shown on the invoice as one combined amount. A full statutory GST breakup and Tally sync are configured to your setup as a scoped build; e-invoicing (IRN, IRP, GSTR-1) stays with your ERP or GSP.
What’s the difference between a dealer and a distributor?
A distributor buys in volume from the manufacturer and supplies a network of dealers or retailers; a dealer sells on to the end buyer. Both order repeatedly from you, and both are who Concord’s self-service ordering, credit control and per-product, per-state tax are built for — whatever you call your channel.
How do I reduce the cost of processing dealer and distributor orders?
Most of the cost is manual handling — taking orders on WhatsApp or the phone and re-keying them. Moving those orders to self-service, where dealers place and reorder themselves, cuts the processing cost of an order sharply: industry figures put a manually handled B2B order at roughly ₹500–1,000 versus about ₹20 placed digitally.
How do I set and enforce credit limits for my customers?
Set a limit per account and have every order checked against it at the moment it’s placed — orders that would breach the limit are held, capped or declined, before they ship. Concord does this at order time, above your existing ERP via API-based integration, so you’re not trying to force credit control through a system that wasn’t built for it. It’s control you configure, never lending.
What’s the best way to sell wholesale to my dealers and retailers online?
Give them a self-service ordering channel on your own catalogue and prices, rather than a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp thread — so they order the right products themselves, orders come in clean and credit-checked, and your team stops keying every order by hand. That’s the core of what Concord does, standalone or above your ERP.
